Our Story

The four owners of Safe Harbor Property Management started from humble beginnings and independently cultivated expertise in finance, operations, technology, compliance & regulation. In late 2020, we reunited to pursue our collective goal of becoming industry-leading storage property managers.

We internally funded our first self storage property and were under contract at the end of 2021. We acquired a second, investor-funded property less than a year later. Our success is a testament to our shared expertise, passion for the industry, and a commitment to providing exceptional service and delivering results for our clients.
